Authentic Heritage Services Pty Ltd provides a variety of specialized heritage services throughout Victoria.  These services include:

• Conservation Management Plans: These Reports are the recognized form of documenting places of cultural heritage significance.  Commonwealth, State and Local Governments recommend the preparation of Conservation Management Plans in accordance with the accepted professional guidelines of the ICOMOS Burra Charter, the pre-eminent conservation document in Australia.  Conservation Management Plans are one of the highest pre-requisites for applying for Commonwealth and State funds for restoration and redevelopment.
• Heritage Studies: These studies document all the places of heritage significance in a municipality or specific area, providing some histories, descriptions and Statements of Significance explaining why and what is important about each place.  This information is used by Local Government to help protect those places that are of heritage significance in the community.
• Heritage Research, Reports & Publications: We provide historical and comparative research on heritage places, and can also prepare historical and heritage assessment reports and publications on buildings, areas or other heritage places.
• Heritage Advisory Service: This service is provided to Local Government, assisting them with the management of the heritage issues in the community, whether it be planning applications, community consultations, or publicity about specific heritage issues.
